Tet Digital provides critical transit systems (ticketing and travel information) for public transport authorities such as Ruter, Skyss, and AtB. As SRE, I am responsible for platform stability and technical guidance for their microservices. I lead the deployment of SLI/SLO frameworks, improve monitoring in Datadog, manage GraphQL proxy/routing layers (Cosmo), and assist in Java/Kotlin migrations and Kafka stream optimizations.
NFCert operates in a compliance-heavy financial market with strict security demands. As Delivery Manager, I hold administrative responsibility for delivery tracking, account growth, and strategic team leadership. I coordinate security platform modernization, ISO 27001 compliance frameworks (via Vanta), modern IAM/SSO implementations, and automation of operational security routines.
Knowit is a Nordic technology firm helping companies with digital transformation. As Delivery Manager, I lead cloud projects, coordinate MSP delivery teams on AWS, follow up on customer accounts, work strategically to build Knowit Managed Services for Cloud in Norway, and contribute as an AWS platform engineer and solution architect. I hold technical and personnel responsibility for the team.
Assisted the platform team in reducing technical debt and upgrading system infrastructure on AWS (ECS/Kubernetes). Focused on performance, security posture, migrating CI/CD to GitHub, and application automation.
Responsible for technical delivery and growth in the Norwegian market within DevOps, Azure, Platform Engineering, and GitHub, as well as leadership, HR, and recruitment for the local team alongside consulting deliveries.
Assisted the operations team for the new ERTMS signaling system in Norway. Designed and implemented operational routines, monitoring (Grafana/Prometheus), and performance tracking for the TMS application with 24/7 on-call coverage.
Established Solidify's office in Norway. Responsible for all administrative and strategic tasks such as finance, invoicing, recruitment, HR, and sales, in addition to direct technical delivery on DevOps and Azure projects.
Advisor and technical expert during the migration of Hydro's GitHub Enterprise organization to GitHub Enterprise Managed Users (EMU).
Responsible for CI/CD and cloud architecture for the CargoValue SaaS logistics solution. Managed Azure infrastructure, app configuration on Kubernetes (AKS), secrets management, shift-left security initiatives (DevSecOps), and build time optimization.
Developed and maintained payment and settlement solutions in Java/Spring and AWS (S3, IAM, CloudWatch) for flight ticket bookings and transaction processing.
Analyzed and debugged the architecture of the Pixotope Cloud licensing system. Established local development environments for Swift/Vapor and resolved performance issues in the AWS runtime environment.
Assisted the platform team with automation, backlog grooming, and stabilization of deployment pipelines for the new national pharmacy platform Eik.
Led a platform team of 9 people (solution architects, cloud architects, DevOps developers, and operators). Responsible for migrating developer tools and application platforms from on-prem to Azure, and negotiating cloud infrastructure contracts.
Improved developer workflow through standardized pipelines (Heimdall framework) on Windows Server infrastructure and Jenkins with Docker agents for atomic builds.
Developed self-service card solutions for debit and credit cards using distributed Java backend and React/Redux frontend on OpenShift.
